Berufsakademie Sachsen is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the Saxon Inclusion Act (Sächsiches Inklusionsgesetz, SächsInklusG) and the Web Accessibility Act (Barrierefreie-Websites-Gesetz, BfWebG) as well as the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (Barrierefreie-Informationstechnik-Verordnung, BITV 2.0). Status of accessibility
Accessibility is regulated by the internationally approved Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) at conformance level AA and the European standard EN 301 549, version 3.2.1. For PDF documents, the international standard PDF/UA-1 is observed as well.
According to the guidelines above, the websites are only partially accessible.
Non-accessible contents
- Labelling of form elements: Not all form elements (search) have a label, instead they have placeholders.
- Skippable sections: Page ranges are identified by headings, jump labels or WAI ARIA document landmarks, frames and iframes have no titles.
