In order to continuously improve the quality of learning and teaching, BA Sachsen has developed a quality management system, which is based on a closed control loop (PDCA cycle). The quality management system is in line with the evaluation regulations adopted by Berufsakademie Sachsen on October 1, 2018.
The concept stipulates regular surveys of students, teaching staff, practice partners and graduates. Thus, it equally includes the theoretical study phase at the respective academy, the practical phase at the practice partner as well as the time after graduation. The survey results initiate a constructive dialog between the stakeholders and push quality development in order to meet BA Sachsen’s quality targets.
Moreover, the successful external accreditations of our degree programs regularly verify the quality of our range of studies. The surveys of students, teaching staff and practice partners are conducted by the heads of degree programs together with those responsible for evaluations at the respective state academy. Graduates are queried by the Consultant for Quality Management at the Central Office of BA Sachsen.
Berufsakademie Sachsen always strives to develop its range of offered degree programs, improve study conditions and consolidate the integration of theory and practice. Apart from the inquiry of students, teaching staff and practice partners, it is particularly the survey of graduates that plays a key role in the three-year evaluation cycle. The replies of those interviewed yield important information on the Bbachelor graduates‘ professional careers as well as knowledge about the compatibility of study objectives and the labor market.
Notice: Due to technical problems, Glauchau University of Cooperative Education was not able to include email addresses of graduates from the matriculation years 2012 and 2013.
